Sound Meditation
Sound healing also known as sound baths, and sound therapy, is a meditative experience that works with the vibrational frequencies of sound as a catalyst for opening pathways of energy in the physical and energetic body.
During a session crystal bowls, brass bells, drums, traditional and contemporary instruments and voice resonate and can be felt within and around the body, interacting with a recipients’s subtle energy. Participants typically lay on the ground or sit in a comfortable chair. Eyes may be open, closed or covered with an eye pillow.
The atmospheric experience has the potential to expand or enhance awareness of self and surroundings. A sound bath can be a transcendental and therapeutic experience.
